Shipping / Returns

Shipping: 
Books will be shipped in the fall of 2025, at the latest.
Prints, T-Shirts and Stickers will be shipped in mid-October, 2024.

Once The Radavist has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, we can not be responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

Packaging: We care about reducing shipping waste, so whenever possible we use recycled packaging made by Ecoenclose and we don't include an order summary with your order in order to save paper. If there is single-use plastic in your box, it is because we are recycling it.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide but cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the United States. We ship with tracking but it often doesn't cover your local carrier's tracking system. If your package is late, chances are your customs office has it, where you might be charged a customs fee. So yes, we ship worldwide but at your own risk and with the possibility of customs fees. 

Returns: If for some unfortunate reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within 14 days of the date it was received. The item needs to be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at sales@theradavist.com and let us know which item you are returning. We ask that you include a note including your order number. All returns will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping fees or provide return shipping at this time.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at sales@theradavist.com so we can make it right. 

Exchange policy: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. 

All of this legalese said, we work tirelessly to provide excellent customer service, as we are extremely grateful that you have chosen to support a small, independent business. Just please note - since we are a small, independent business, the speed at which we travel will be slightly slower than a giant corporation. But we are worth it, promise.  ~ The Radavist
